Shipping Policy

At Brave Culture, we aim to get your order to you quickly, reliably, and without hassle. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.


Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers including Australia Post and Sendle, with tracking provided on most orders.

Please note:

  • Finger tape orders are sent via standard untracked post in an envelope
  • These orders ship free of charge

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days
  • Dispatch days are generally Tuesday and Thursday
  • Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is managed by the shipping provider

While we aim for fast turnaround, delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Flat rate: $15.00
  • Free shipping on orders over $120

International Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched once per week
  • Estimated delivery: 10–14 days after dispatch

Shipping costs:

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Taxes are included where applicable

Please note that international delivery times and costs can vary due to external factors such as customs and logistics.


Store Pickup

Pickup is available at our Albion, Queensland location.

  • No charge for pickup
  • Contact us via email to receive the pickup code for checkout
  • Pickup time must be arranged in advance

This ensures your order is ready and staff are available to assist.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable) so you can follow your delivery.


Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once a parcel is marked as delivered to the address provided, Brave Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery address
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel where possible

Late or Missing Parcels

If your order is delayed or missing:

Please allow up to 10 business days for the investigation to be completed before a resolution is provided.


Incorrect or Changed Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • The order may be returned to us
  • You will be responsible for any reshipping costs

Change of Address

If you need to update your address:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
  • We will do our best to update it before dispatch

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.


Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, reject the delivery at the time of receipt
  • Otherwise, contact us immediately with photos

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • These charges are set by the destination country and are outside of our control
