SHIPPING POLICY


At Brave Culture, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our shipping policy to ensure a smooth delivery process.


Shipping Methods:

We offer shipping services through trusted partners such as Australia Post and Sendle, providing tracking options for your convenience. However, please note that finger tape orders are sent via regular post without tracking, enclosed in an envelope. These orders do not incur any shipping costs.


Delivery Timeframe and Guarantees:

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia, the performance and delivery timeframe are in the hands of our shipping partners. We cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of your package. However, we aim to dispatch domestic items within 3 business days of receiving your order, with guaranteed shipping days on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


Standard Shipping:

For domestic orders, standard shipping usually takes between 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. The cost for standard shipping is $7.95, but for orders of $80 or more, this charge is waived.


International Shipping:

For international orders, we dispatch shipments once a week, and the estimated delivery time after dispatch is approximately 10 to 14 days. The shipping price varies based on the weight of your order and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, and all taxes are inclusive of this price. Please keep in mind that international shipping prices can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as distance and transport logistics.


Store Pick Up:

If you prefer to pick up your order directly from our office in Yatala, Gold Coast, Australia, there is no charge for this service. To avail of store pick up, please contact us via email to receive the code to use at checkout. Kindly note that prior communication regarding pick-up times is necessary to ensure your order is ready and someone is available to assist you in the shop.


Lost or Stolen Parcels:

Once the parcel has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen orders. It is essential to provide a secure delivery location to minimize the risk of theft.


Late or Missing Parcels:

In the event of late or missing parcels, we reserve the right to initiate an investigation with our shipping provider before proceeding with a refund or resending the parcel. Please be aware that these investigations can take up to ten business days to be completed.


ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM


Once we initiate the shipping process for your order, you will receive a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your order until it is delivered to your doorstep.


WRONG ADDRESS OR CHANGE OF ADDRESS


- Wrong Address:

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address during checkout. In the event of an incorrect address, or if you are not available at the provided address, the product will be returned to our store. Please note that you will be responsible for bearing the full shipping cost associated with reshipping the item due to an incorrect address.


- Change of Address:

Once your order has been processed and the delivery process has commenced, we are unable to change the delivery address. However, if you need to modify the delivery location within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT


If you receive a package that appears to be damaged during transit, we recommend rejecting the package from the courier whenever possible. Please contact our customer service immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. In the case where the package is delivered without your presence, please communicate with our customer service team to determine the appropriate course of action.


Customs Costs:

For international shipments, please be aware that you (the


 customer) are responsible for any customs costs incurred. Brave Culture has no control or coverage over these costs, as they are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country.
