Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident every time you shop with Brave Culture. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it quickly and fairly.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend checking sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Exchanges

To ensure the fastest turnaround, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

We will arrange:

  • A replacement at no cost, or
  • A full refund if the item is unavailable

If a return is required, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Mouthguards
  • Underwear

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Return Timeframes

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Items should be returned promptly and arrive within a reasonable timeframe

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus additional time for your bank or payment provider.

If a returned item does not meet the policy requirements, it may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

EU Customers

Orders shipped to the European Union are covered by a 14-day cooling-off period, in line with EU regulations.
