At Brave Culture, we are committed to providing a seamless and worry-free online shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we offer a straightforward exchange and returns policy.

Please review the following details:

1. Return Process:
- Initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your item by completing our Contact Us form.
- Ensure that the product is in new and unused condition, accompanied by all original product inserts and proof of purchase (email order confirmation with order number).
- Please note that certain items, such as discontinued or promotional sale products (e.g., Black Friday sales, Boxing Day sales, EOFY sales), are ineligible for refunds unless they are deemed faulty or damaged (refer to defective product returns below).
- Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns due to reasons such as buyers remorse, incorrect sizing, change of mind, accidental ordering, or product dissatisfaction for gift-giving purposes.
2. Shipping Deadline:
- Please endeavor to ship the product back to our facility promptly, ensuring it arriveswithin 45 days of receipt of the item.
3. Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of purchase.
- In the event that the return is a result of our error or the product is found to be
defective, we will refund the cost of the merchandise and associated shipping charges.

Defective Product & Returns Due to Our Error:
1. Damaged/Faulty Goods:
- Should your order arrive with any mistakes or if the products are defective/damaged
upon delivery, please refrain from returning them.
- We will promptly dispatch a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
- To initiate the replacement process, we may request photographic evidence of the damage.
- If the purchased item is out of stock or discontinued, a refund may be issued as a suitable alternative.
- In cases where a return is necessary due to receiving an incorrect item or size, we may request you to return the item(s). In such instances, we will reimburse any shipping costs incurred.
- Your original order will be dispatched during the next scheduled delivery, and please ensure to include the shipping cost receipt with your return form.
2. Unavailable/Discontinued Items:
- If an item you have purchased cannot be replaced due to being out of stock or
discontinued, we will promptly issue a refund.

3. Inspection of Returns:
- Should the returned product be found to be non-defective upon inspection, return shipping fees will apply.
